RESUMO

Dynamic multi-leaf collimator, which has the function of radiation beam shaping, is a key executive component of tumor precise radiotherapy, and plays a core role in improving the accuracy, efficiency and quality of radiotherapy. A new type of collimator leaf end structure with circular arc and plane combination was studied, and collimator penumbra performance analysis model combining analytical expression and graphic analysis was developed. The influence of leaf end structure on penumbra was analyzed quantitatively, and a set of three-dimensional structure design of dynamic multi-leaf collimator was completed. The feasibility of the structural design and analysis model was verified through experimental measurements.

RESUMO

Advanced radiotherapy technology enables the dose to more accurately conform to the tumor target area of the patient, providing accurate treatment for the patient, but the gradient of the patient's radiation dose at the tumor edge is getting larger, which putting forward higher requirements for radiotherapy dose verification. The dose verification system software KylinRay-Dose4D can verify the patient's pre-treatment plan and the in vivo/on-line dose during the patient's treatment, providing important reference for the physicist to modify the radiotherapy plan and ensuring that the patient receives accurate treatment. This study introduces the overall design and key technologies of KylinRay-Dose4D, and tests the pre-treatment plan dose checking calculation and 2D/3D dose verification through clinical cases. The test results showed that the 2D/3D gamma pass rate (3 mm/3%) of KylinRay-Dose4D reconstructed dose compared with TPS plan dose and measured dose is larger than 95%, which indicating that the reconstructed dose of KylinRay-Dose4D meets the requirement of clinical application.

RESUMO

To explore the clinical significance of C1q tumor necrosis factor-related protein-9 (CTRP9) in patients with cerebral infarction. Our data showed that the serum CTRP9 was significantly lower than that of control group, especially in patients with large artery atherosclerotic cerebral infarction.CTRP9 was first decreased and even lower from day 4 to day 10,then gradually elevated.Logistic regression analysis suggested that high CTRP9 level was a protective factor for cerebral infarction.Thus,CTRP9 could be a factor for further classification of cerebral infarction and provides a potential option for disease prevention and treatment.

RESUMO

KylinRay-IMRT is the advanced radiotherapy treatment planning module of accurate radiotherapy system (KylinRay) aiming to provide accurate and efficient plan design platform. In this paper the system design, main functions and key technologies of KylinRay-IMRT were introduced. KylinRay-IMRT supports three dimensional conformal radiotherapy (3D-CRT), intensity modulated radiotherapy (IMRT) and many other types of treatment plan design with function modules including patient data management, image registration and fusion, image contouring, image three dimensional reconstruction and visualization, three dimensional conformal radiotherapy planning, intensity modulated radiotherapy planning, plan evaluation and comparison, and report print. KylinRay-IMRT has been tested by the national standard YY/T 0889-2013, the results showed that the performance of KylinRay-IMRT can fully meet the standard requirements.

RESUMO

<p><b>OBJECTIVE</b>To detect numerical chromosomal aberrations and copy number variations (CNVs) in abortus tissue samples with a benchtop semiconductor sequencing platform (SSP).</p><p><b>METHODS</b>One hundred and forty patients with early spontaneous abortions at between 7 and 16 weeks were selected. Following DNA extraction, library preparation, high-throughput sequencing was carried out.</p><p><b>RESULTS</b>Chromosomal anomalies were detected in 82 cases (58.57%), which included 67 aneuploidies and 15 CNVs. Trisomies 16, 21, 22, and X/Y were the most common. A significant difference was found in the anomaly rates between women <35 and ≥35 years old (P< 0.01).</p><p><b>CONCLUSION</b>The SSP platform can detect chromosomal aneuploidies and CNVs among abortus tissues. Numerical chromosomal aberration is the main cause of early spontaneous abortion, and advance maternal age is a high risk factor for chromosomal abnormality.</p>

RESUMO

In this study, we established a rapid and efficient HPLC method to determine the accumulation of Huperzine A and Huperzine B in the fermentation broth of endophytic fungus Colletotrichum gloesporioides from Huperzia serrate. The chloroform extracts of fermentation broth were dissolved in methanol and filtered before injection for HPLC analysis. The analysis was performed on an Agilent Eclipse plus-C18 column (250 mm×4.6 mm, 5 μm) by isocratic elution. The mobile phase was 0.015 mol/L ammonium acetate-methanol (70:30, V/V), the flow rate was 1 mL/min and the detection wavelength was set at 308 nm. Huperzine A and Huperzine B could be well separated within 25 min. Good linearity of Huperzine A was found in the range of 1.50-48.00 μg/mL (r=0.999 5), and that of huperzine B was in 0.25-7.50 μg/mL (r=0.999 7). The average recoveries of Huperzine A and Huperzine B were 106.83% and 108.06%, respectively (RSD=3.34%, 3.60%). The results demonstrate that this method can detect the content of huperzine A and huperzine B in fermentation broth simply, rapidly, accurately and in good reproducibility. Under the optimized conditions, the accumulated content of huperzine A and huperzine B were measured from the sixth to the fifteenth day. Huperzine A and Huperzine B reached the highest (12.417 0 μg/mL and 4.660 3 μg/mL, respectively) at the fourteenth and eighth days. The analysis methodology could contribute to the future study of huperzine A and huperzine B biosynthesis in C. gloeosporioides, consequently facilitate the development of new drug resources.
